      Senior's Rejuvenation

It is never too late for Rebounding!

The well functioning of our body very much depends on movement. Without movement, our body just cannot stay healthy. Movement, however, does not need to be difficult or jarring. In the contrary: A gentle approach to movement can do wonders and is a great way to stimulate your lymphatic system, keep your cartilage and bones nourished and provide a sufficient oxygen level in your blood. It also trains your heart and helps your brain to coordinate movement (which is a basis for prohibiting back pain).

Rebounding offers this easy, joyful and safe movement. And as rebounding is movement on a slightly unstable surface, it tremendously trains your balance which is a great help for walking and movement coordination. You do not need to be concerned of getting out of balance as you can use the very comfortable holding bars (or stabilization bars) which can be mounted to all rebounder types.

You don't need to jump high to benefit of the positive influence of rebounding. Soft, gentle up and down moving is all your body needs. Especially with a
spring free Rebounder   it is very easy  to achieve such a soft training which is like a gentle massage for your whole body. The mats of these bellicon rebounders absorb 85% of the impact of your weight and leave you with only 15% - great for your joints!

      Science studies:
A Study published in 2011 in the Journal of Electromyography and Kinesiology (Volume 21, Issue 3, pages 512-518) found out that rebounding exercise related to mechanisms of dynamic stability improves the ability to regain balance in elderly.

There is a whole  list of experienced health benefits through rebounding.
Rebounding is for instance beneficial for:
      Immune System
      Osteoporosis
      Heart and Circulation
      Back, Joints, Knees
