Assembly & Maintenance of the Dynamic and Athletic Rebounders

Assembly Instructions

You should find in the box:

a)   The Rebounder frame with mat and  already attached to it.
b)   6 rebounder legs in a separate box.

  • Remove the safety plastic caps which are placed over each of the six threaded posts on the Rebounder frame and carefully screw on each of the six legs. Be careful to thread them on gently before screwing tight.

  • Control that all springs are mounted correctly in their notches (see below chapter "Maintenance).

  • In the event of any defect, please contact us by phone (510)-237-1656 and keep the Rebounder box. Our Service Department will tell you how to proceed.

Maintenance

A Dynamic or Athletic Rebounder should always be silent
To keep your Rebounder maintained, you need to:

1. Re-apply grease from time to time
You receive the Dynamic and Athletic Rebounders already provided with greased springs. Nevertheless, we recommend regreasing the spring attachment points after some time of use. At least when your Rebounder speaks, you should apply new grease. Ideally you would apply the Special grease with a brush or a Q-Tip.Please see the drawing below.
2. Make sure that all springs are in their notches
In the unlikely case that one of the Rebounder springs has jumped out of their notches during transport or when you bounced directly on the spring, you can easily bring it back to its original place. Please see the picture below:

We have never ever experienced that a spring needed to be replaced. But just in case.... please see below, how it would be done.

3. Please bear in mind that dust tends to cling to the underside of the Rebounder mat due to static. To prevent you breathing in this fine dust, we recommend cleaning the mat with a moist cloth now and then.

4. The spring cover can be cleaned using a non-aggressive surface detergent.
