You would  first apply  the Rebounding First Steps and then start with a Rebounding Beginner Training.

 Rebounding is a great workout for people who have very limited time for exercise. You can do it at any time - even while brushing your teeth or having a phone conversation, while hearing your the news on the radio or seeing your favorite television broadcast.

 A mother with a baby or with children who wants to get fit herself - after having given birth - and also does not have too much time.
Rebounding is ideal for you as you can do it TOGETHER with your baby or your children. If you have just given birth, you can train back your pelvic floor and you can hold your baby in your arms while softly bouncing. Your baby will love it and you get fit, too.  Somebody who suffers from back pain, knee or joint problems
If your doctor allows you rebounding, you would start with gentle bouncing on a soft bouncing rebounder, like the Bellicon bungee band rebounder. From there you would build up your strength and add step by step - according to your physical strength- aerobic exercises.
 Somebody who has been diagnosed with Osteoporosis, Osteopenia or who has members of her family suffering from Osteoporosis.

You might check in with your doctor first. For many of our handicapped clients, Rebounding is a great solution to keep active, to have the lymph fluid moving and to get your blood oxygenated.
